I didn't grow up planning to sell real estate. For 18 years, I worked as a senior federal tax analyst, and that background never really left me — it shaped how I approach every listing, every negotiation, and every conversation with a client. I read the details other agents skim past. That's actually where the name Plumbline comes from: like a carpenter's plumb line, I'm not interested in what looks good on the surface. I'm interested in what's true.

I serve Erie County and Western New York, and I hold myself to a simple standard: serving those this market overlooks. That's most visible in my work with Homes for Heroes, where I offer closing rebates and hands-on support to veterans, teachers, firefighters, and healthcare workers — people who give so much to this community and deserve someone in their corner when they buy or sell.

Buffalo isn't just where I work. It's where I'm from, and it shows in how I show up for clients. Outside of brokerage, I run Queen City Photography, a photography business I've built over 13 years — which gives me a genuinely useful eye for how a home should be presented to sell.
